This $3.00 gets you the link to the Google Form you will need to fill out if you are interested in a commission. The $3.00 is for my time discussing with you the details of your desired commission, whether you decide to go through with it or not after getting the final quote from me.
If you accept the final quote price of the commission that will be emailed to you from the Google Form, the $3.00 will be automatically subtracted in that price presented to you.
If you decide not to accept the final quote and/or don't want the commission, you will not receive the $3.00 back, as I put great care, time, and effort into working with you before giving you a final quote to make sure you get a commission piece that you will love and cherish.

The $3.00 is paying for the quote. Please read the following carefully, as these are the starting prices of the sketches. Generally they ARE the final price you will receive, but it may be higher depending if your character is very detailed, you want a background, or you want commercial rights.
There will also be an added $5.00 handling fee if you would like the piece physically mailed to you.
