Nothing is mass produced. Everything is illustrated from scratch and then privately printed on various material to make the particular product. Cost is determined by number of copies, time and skill spent creating the item, and shipping plus handling.

For the shipping price you pay, the handling cost is also included in that. This means a little bit extra is added to the shipping the post office charges. The extra amount covers time and material spent by Moonrise Lotus to package the product, which is non-refundable.

Generally returns are not accepted. However, exceptions can be made if item arrives broken. The damaged item should be returned, and a new replacement of the SAME item will be shipped back. Said Item will only be replaced once Moonrise Lotus receives the damaged one first. To inquire about a return, please send an email to moonriselotusart[AT]gmail[DOT COM].

If you would like something in particular illustrated and produced, please first use the commission order here: If you want the illustration then made into a product such as a charm or bag, please send an email to moonriselotusart[AT]gmail[DOT COM] regarding what you are seeking to have made. Moonrise Lotus is not always able to create a product based on the commissioned artwrok. The ability to create a product depends on current material available, as well as the current shipping climate of location of said materials. Moonrise Lotus will not create a product "just to list" based your idea. While the thought is appreciated, desired custom products must have the intention to be purchased by you; and it will be an additional cost to the original commission.
